Very disappointed with this chest bench. The iron used is incredibly poor quality and feels unsafe for workouts. Do not recommend

    Everything is awesome
Only one problem is not stable because I think of low weight iron
But overall it is value for money

Ok product , good for beginners

Good for beginners only , not for professionals, the length of the barbell resting rods should be a bit long where as it's short here and it becomes difficult to place or to lift barbell when we do it in inclined position and the distance between the both resting rods also not that much wide and it becomes difficult for a wide shouldered person to hold the rod in his desired position and movable seat is not rigid enough while doing workout ,it shakes a lot toward sides

Value for money. Does the job for home set up.

For the price, this is value for money. The hard foam does the job. It is not as thick as one would find in a standard bench, but again this is value item.

The reason I gave 4 and not 5 is because the item is slightly different from what is shown in the picture. The difference is this: the H shaped horizontal section has longer pieces in the picture, almost like a foot long each. However, the piece I received has only 6 inch pieces. This is not a deal breaker for me as I think it will not impact the structural strength significantly. (Not based on calculations, only observations).

I have seen complaints from some folks. Unless they really got a bad piece, I think some of the concerns are misplaced. Someone said this is rickety. I found the articulated portion of the seat is shaky. This happens because the drilled hole for the bolt under the seat is a little wider than the bolt. This can be fixed by packing. Another concern was that the bench is flimsy. I have seen that it will take the said weight. I do not think this flimsy.

All in all a good buy for the price paid,

Cheap materials and workmanship – avoid this bench for training Chest&Triceps

So I decided to give up my annual gym membership last month, which I had retained for last five years. I figured I know the regular workouts and could fit most in; even with a little equipment can do majority of them from convenience of my home (Motivation has not really been an issue for working out). Membership was getting dearer each year anyway and this product seemed like a good minor investment, other than the 50kg Hashtag Fitness weight kit available on Amazon.

Alas. Woefully I must say… Bench is quite thin, has cheap workmanship and has its black paint visibly chipping off right out of the packaging. I've adjusted the rod for shifting the bench from level to incline position during the first two workouts and its prospects for retaining black paint even for a month look bleak.

This is what one can get if one wants to have strictly a functional unit, nothing more.

Avoid this item if you item if you can afford to spend a few grands extra. That's what I would have done. Also, this seller doesn't accept returns. That should ring some alarm bells for you. It's too late for me, doesn't have to be for you.

Very unstable for medium to heavy weights. You can't feel confident while lifting heavy weights on this bench. Makes creaky noises

Not fit for inclined bench press. Only flat and decline can work. You will feel irritated by changing the rod everytime and fixing the hight though . Good product as whole however.

Reviewing after 2 months of use.

1st of all.. Workout with weights is about safety.
This product is very flimsy. There is no guarentee about the sturdiness of the product.
Its ok if u are upto 70 kg wieght, and doing only mild workout.
Product goes off balance when we use heavy weight.
Absolutely nonsense design of the weight holder on top. None of the rods fit on that.

So please go for something that is very sturdy. After all REMEMBER, life is more important than few thousand rupees.!!!
